As a keynote or conference speaker, Lynette has received rave reviews for both her content and style from audiences at Governor’s Conferences on tourism to creative and design-centric events such as BND DSGN Conference.
A brand is only as good as the business it drives. To that end, we facilitate work sessions to help stakeholders align on defining (and measuring) success beyond financials and identifying key actions to get there. We find there are 5 critical lanes of work to address and we’ll share those with you when we chat.
An overlay to demographics, these days it’s far more important to understand psychographics and emotional drivers and focus our attention on our most important customers (we call them Lions or Cultists). Strategies built with this point of view last longer, are more inspirational to develop against and drive more effective work.
Having a great strategy is only as useful as the team’s ability to execute against it. Avoiding the speed bumps that get in the way of staff efficiency, productivity, creativity, and happiness will get in the way of all of your other plans. On a good day, this just gets in the way of winning big. On a bad day, you can continually lose the war for talent which is mission critical for any business. It’s a lever we like to turn in conjunction with brand work to ensure that insights get out there in their best light to work hard for you.
To truly ignite cultural evolution, we conduct half or full day sessions across each of the topics outlined here as well as a few others that are key to creating great work, with less time and energy, and while having more fun in the process (see Workshop Topics).
Communicating information is one thing, but ensuring that information is remembered is another. Having a physical piece that can be passed around, kept at eye level or hung in a cube is often the anchor that a new idea needs to take hold. Deliverables could include emotional brand books, manifestos, audience personas, decks, one-page plans, behavior modification tools and/or physical reminders.
We facilitate conversations with our pool of Portland’s best and brightest minds (a hand-selected network of CEO’s, creative directors, entrepreneurs, change agents) to get critical points of view and stellar ideas. These ideas are ideal compliments to facilitated internal conversations to determine what success looks like and how to get there.
These sessions are 1:1 with Lynette (ideally over food and beverages) to help individuals strategize and develop necessary skills in a real-time, ongoing framework.
Periodically, we offer our workshops to anyone who wants to join us for a half or full day session on a variety of topics. This can make sense for smaller agencies who don’t have enough people to make a private workshop cost effective. If you have at least 3 people who want to attend, we can build a session around you and invite others to play or sign up for our emails to hear about what’s coming up in one of our core cities (MKE or PDX).
Half-Day, full-day or multi-day sessions can be conducted for your company on any of the workshop topics listed or a custom creation based on needs. Ideally, we conduct an internal e-survey and/or look at existing briefs to get a more accurate handle on issues to address to provide a level of diagnosis while we shore up core skills. Groups of 10-200 can be accommodated.
