People

Wild Alchemy is a collection of skilled independents
who wish to remain unrestrained. Far from
ordinary, these individuals have a wealth of
experience and backgrounds they combine to
solve our clients' problems in unique ways.

Lynette Xanders—Founder, CEO and Moderator
With more than 14 years of account planning experience working in highly respected advertising agencies on globally recognized brands, Lynette is an expert in brand and corporate strategy, market research and consumer analysis. A three-time director of account planning (DDB Seattle, BFS/Chiat Day & BBDO Vancouver), Lynette founded Wild Alchemy to service the account planning needs of clients' and agencies alike. She has a patent pending on creativity techniques, and she teaches account planning and design management at the Art Institute of Portland.

Sherry Rogers—Account Service Director
Sherry has more than 15 years of client service experience in the advertising industry. She spent her first five years in L.A. working on Midas, FHP Healthcare, Gotcha Sportswear, MGM Grand Air and Speedo. Returning home to Portland, she then spent 10 years at Wieden+Kennedy. Her account experience there included Nike (women's fitness, tennis and retail), ESPN, Round Table Pizza, Microsoft and Oregon Tourism. She also spent a year with Leopold Ketel & Partners servicing Jantzen Swimwear and the Oregon Coast Aquarium before joining Wild Alchemy.

Annamarie Stockwell—Accounts Payable/Receivable
For the last three years, Annamarie has been our Mission Control. She sees to any and all admin needs. She is experienced in all things requiring accounting, both for and against, and we depend on her dearly. If you have any questions about your bill or payment schedules or need another copy of your proposal, Annamarie is happy to oblige—or hunt down whomever else she must in order to do so.
